What does Rooted Device Block Mean?

In the interest of fair play, rooted and jailbroken devices are not supported by Kings of Pool. 

As Kings of Pool is highly competitive, cheating is not tolerated. A major way in which players attempt to cheat in popular mobile games is via unofficial APK files that can be downloaded on Rooted Android devices. 

If upon launching the app you are shown a "Rooted Device" screen, this means your device is no longer compatible.

Your account is NOT banned, and all progress and inventory still exist. While the device that was flagged can no longer play Kings of Pool, your account can still be accessed on another device that is not compromised.

If you at any point connected your Kings of Pool account to Facebook, simply install Kings of Pool on a non-rooted device that is logged into the same Facebook account affiliated with your Kings of Pool account. Tap the “Facebook Login” button upon opening Kings of Pool, and your account will reappear.

If you were playing on a guest account and never connected to Facebook, please email [e-mail] with the exact user name, level, rank, and country flag of the account you have lost access to. Once you’ve done so our support team will supply you with instructions on how to recover your account on an alternate, non-rooted device.

The team behind Kings of Pool is confident that removing Rooted Phones from the Kings of Pool player community will greatly lessen the potential to cheat. We hope you understand the need to keep Kings of Pool free from the type of match manipulation that rooted devices have the potential to introduce.
