Kings of Pool hosts Club Chatrooms, where players can trade tips, talk to players within their clubs, and even send direct challenges to play a quick round.
In order to use chat features, players must reach Level 3.
How Can I Challenge Someone in Chat?
Want to add or challenge a friend? Tap on someone's name to bring up their Mini Profile card. Tap "Add Friend" to have them show up in your friends list. Tap "Challenge" to send them an invite to play a recreational "Exhibition Match." Please note these Exhibition Matches won't count towards Club Battles Points.
Why Can't I Use Chat?
If your account is above Level 3 but you can't chat, we recommend getting in touch with Community Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you used to be able to chat and suddenly can't send a message, there is a chance your account has been muted for a chat abuse offence. Kings of Pool has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, and players can be muted or even banned for engaging in chat abuse.
Someone is harassing me on Chat.
There is a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind in Kings of Pool, and there are several ways you can combat it. If someone is being offensive to you or another player, you should report them by emailing email@example.com and providing a screenshot and description of their actions.
You can also block their messages by tapping their name and selecting "MUTE." This way, you'll never see a message from that user again.
I want to chat with my friend privately but don't know how to.
Kings of Pool does not host a private chat option. You can participate in the Club Chat room, which hosts only the members of your Club.
