Why Can't I Chat?

To participate in Kings of Pool's chat features, players must first reach Level 3. 

I'm above Level 3 and can't chat. What's wrong? 

If your account is above Level 3 but you can't chat, we recommend getting in touch with Community Support by emailing [e-mail] . 

If you used to be able to chat and suddenly can't send a message, there is a chance your account has been muted for a chat abuse offence. Kings of Pool has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, and players can be muted or even banned for engaging in chat abuse.

I want to chat with my friend privately but don't know how to.

Kings of Pool does not host a private chat option. You can participate in the Club Chat room, which hosts only the members of your Club. 

When you're in a match of Kings of Pool, you can send your opponent animated emojis to express your thoughts and reactions to what's going on in the game. 

THESE ICONS INCLUDE:

• Thumbs Up
• Laughing
• Crying
• Angry
• Cool

On top of that, you can six different pre-written messages!

•  Thanks!
•  Wow
•  Oops

CAN I CHAT DURING MATCHES?

Can I type messages to my opponent? At this point in time, you cannot type out your own custom messages during matches. This is to keep the game flow quick and focused on the action.

Can I voice chat against my opponent? At this point in time, there are no plans to include voice chat in Kings of Pool, be it during a round or in Club Chat. Keep in mind Kings of Pool is played in dozens of countries around the globe, so there's a good chance you and your opponent might speak different languages!
