The profile picture displayed in Who Wants To Be a Millionaire will be the profile picture from whichever service you've logged into the game with (also called "securing" your account). For example, if you used your Facebook account to secure Who Wants To Be a Millionaire, your Facebook profile picture will be displayed as your profile picture.
In order to change your Who Wants To Be a Millionaire profile picture, please log into whatever service you used to secure the game, and update your profile picture there.
