From the Ava's Manor home page, tap the gear icon in the top-left corner to reveal the Settings Menu. You will see options to connect with Facebook and Google Play. Simply tap to connect and secure your account!

I have done everything you suggested. Nothing has worked. Totally lost all my progress from level 1096 down to level 2.

I need help getting my account back but so far no luck I went to do an update but couldn't so I had to uninstall then re install and I'm not where I was has me starting all over I'm heartbroken as I was on a high level where they was getting ready to question Back plz help!!!!!
